Verifoxx Awarded DSbD Programme Funding to Advance Privacy-Enhancing Data Security Solutions

Verifoxx, an innovator in privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs), has been awarded funding through the UK Government’s Digital Security by Design (DSbD) programme, reinforcing its mission to develop privacy first technologies that enable secure and compliant data collaboration.

The DSbD initiative, backed by the UK Government and UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), supports companies developing next-generation cybersecurity solutions to strengthen digital resilience. As part of this programme, Verifoxx will contribute to the development and adoption of CHERI architecture, a revolutionary hardware-backed security model designed to mitigate memory safety vulnerabilities—one of the most persistent challenges in cybersecurity.

Through this project, Verifoxx aims to integrate the CHERI architecture into its existing PET framework by working with ARM’s Morello programme, enhancing its capabilities in secure data compartmentalization and access control. This integration will enable organizations to collaborate on sensitive data securely, ensuring that data remains protected even during processing and analysis.
